In my art class, students explore and undergo the creative process of art making. During this process, students are given a pathway of techniques and prompts to ensure critical thinking and development of artistic skill. While learning in an artistic environment, students are given the best opportunity to share their creative identity and even discover a little bit about who they are and what they are capable of doing.

About Me

Greetings, and welcome to my teacher webpage! My name is Ryan Kellerman and this is my fourth year teaching art and also my fourth year at Carol Rae Ranch! I love this school and have painted two murals on campus! I received my Bachelors in Art Education from ASU and art making is a passion of mine. I feel my job is very rewarding as I get to work with young, positive spirits and watch them grow intellectually and creatively. I consider myself a patriot and harbor traditional values. I am a huge fan of 80's rock and have experience as a guitar player. I am very happy with the creative goals I have chosen in my life, and only feel blessed when I get to share some of that with kids!
